  • Very large breasts undergoing large reductions
  • Redo surgeries
  • Previous radiotherapy

  • hypertrophic or keloid

Long Term Risks

  • Recurrence of ptosis or sagging relayed to ageing, skin laxity or weight changes
  • Recurrence of increased breast size related to weight changes or inherited conditions that may require further reduction surgery
